at fundrive, we aim to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. if you are not pleased with your order for any reason, you may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your item. to qualify for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. proof of purchase such as an order confirmation email is required. please contact us at tiendamohaamed@gmail.com before shipping any product back, so that we can provide return instructions. items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted. customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. if your product is defective or damaged, please provide photos or a short video showing the issue so we can resolve it quickly. refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. you will be notified by email once your refund has been approved or rejected. if approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method. depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear. we do not offer refunds for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after the 15-day window. cancellations are only possible before an order is shipped.
